Turnoff Week FAQ

TV-Turnoff Week is now Turnoff Week and the sponsor, the Center for Screen-Time Awareness, encourages parents to turn off all electronic media during Turnoff Week. The encourages families to turn off their TVs, computers, electronic game systems, DVD and CD players, PDAs, iPods and cell phones during Turnoff Week, which was formerly known as TV-Turnoff Week. I recommend you fill time during Turnoff Week by reading aloud to your children and encouraging them to do more recreational reading.
